forest: I fell in love at first sight for Breitling watch "Old Navimer Timer" which was published in a magazine when I was a high school student, and I really wanted it. I made 270,000 yen at the price at that time, it was too expensive for me as a high school student, and I was shocked that there is such a world. Then I was going to the shop several times and thought that this was not a price problem but I thought that I had to buy it, after 6 years I managed to purchase it.

At that time I was in a totally different job, but when I got a little after buying, I began to think suddenly "I want to work with Breitling." As long as you are involved in Breitling, you have arrived at this company because you can do anything so you want to work.

When I looked into what Breitling's occupation was, I thought that maintenance was suitable for me, and my parents strongly opposed me, "Is it a watch repair in this era?" I went to a vocational school at night while working to realize my dream of becoming a person.

Electric watches and home appliances were also popular when I wanted to make this work, but I felt humanity in the Breitling watch wrapped around my arm and felt more appealing .

I thought that it is really fresh and interesting because it contains a lot of parts such as gears in the world of watch with a diameter of about 3 cm and seems to be making creatures to beat like a heart like a heart. When I graduated, I went to school thinking that I wanted to do this as a job.
And it happened to be a wonderful luck and I was able to join Breitling Japan KK as desired.

- Future Prospects
 

forest: As a Breitling, I think that maintenance at a high level is done, but the first goal is to increase customer satisfaction more than anything. Technicians have steadily increased over the last 20 years, now there are 30 technical staff, and everyone is in a state of complete independence by internal training system.

From now on, I will continue to work on the groundbreaking work of how much to reduce mistakes rather than raising the level. The turnover rate of the Breitling Technology Division is surprisingly low. I think that it is because people who hold high motivation while keeping high motivation gather and work.
