I was sick in a few days after I started running to be miserable. Even when I am not doing anything, the back of my foot hurts severely. Especially my right leg hurts. It is so-called plantar trochosis.

A few weeks ago, the pain of the mysterious foot occurred the next day when I was not exercising, and all the work on that day was painful enough to go by taxi.

I felt a bit of a pain in the soles of the feet when I was playing football towards the World Namarren Junior Five World Tournament this summer, but the marathon started and that pain had exploded.

From the doctor, "If you do not take a break you can not get pain and it will be difficult even for you to complete the full marathon, because the full marathon can not do anything with guts alone."

Although I can understand, marathon beginners I will not be able to finish even without a doubt if I do not practice. I sought a way to practice while practicing.

Meanwhile, I got a talk about using Kilo TAPE. He himself uses tapes as a taping mania to prevent ankle sprains as he can say.

When I got into Bolivia in South America before football I thought that there would be no taping on the site, I bought about 50 in Japan and got on board. Sure enough, there were no quality items on the site, and I was caught every day by players as "Kuretare". The ground condition was also bad, and the tape was useful because I caught in a hole and sprained several times.

Because I was too persistent, I gave it a little and put a white tape on my nose and thought "I will give it twice!" (Laugh). That's why I went listening to the story interestingly.

This kilo tape is the world's first, adopting microfiber made in Japan for dough, it is totally durable and resistant to water. It is enough to put in a bath with the tape attached.

I heard that he is running a full marathon or more with this shoe when hearing it. Incredible! ! Wallachi seems to be sandals worn by indigenous people living in the mountains of Mexico. Because it is a sandal which is very anxious also from the aspect of gear, I will investigate in the future.

Although I was allowed to participate in this running meeting several times, the rate of those who are wearing Walachi is high. Apart from the story of the shoes, there were many people who ran the full marathon many times, and I got advice in various ways including running as 20 Km and 30 Km before the actual run.

Even so, treatment was continued days while loosely restarting practice.
