Why from underwater to land? Former swimming medalist star Natsumi challenges the Tokyo Marathon! "The fear of the full marathon that I knew with Vol.2 half"

Star Natsumi who participated in the London Olympics and the Rio Olympic at 200 meters butterfly and won the bronze medals for 2 consecutive games. Such a star retired in October 2016, and it is currently finalizing for the Tokyo Marathon 2018 to be held this weekend 25th.

star: It was hard (laugh) When my husband could not go and I was supposed to run alone, I did not feel at all. I do not have anyone to talk about when running alone, and I want to finish early and the pace gets faster. The pace has risen too much and a burden is applied to the feet, and in November it became a thin sprint (laugh)

star: There is a sense of accomplishment after running! Since I ran a lot yesterday, I decided to make it a day to swim today, even if I swim for 30 minutes, I do not sweat all the time because I am comfortable swimming from familiarity and I am not exhausted at all, so calories are not consumed. It's just relaxing. The person who ran can drive it.

star: First thing I thought was "Half with such a tight ..." was the most (laugh) I felt that the full marathon was horrible!

- Way of water supply will be experienced when going to the tournament. My husband runs at the same time, is he the one who was doing sports?

star: My husband ran from this cold weather but I have to go to practice together! I am quite saved. The year-end and new year also ran along. My husband investigated variously and said, "Do not leave practice for more than 4 days!" And I ran to New Year's Eve. Well New Year's closed, but (laugh)
