With each demonstration, we will explain which muscles are used, why the movements are correct, with a demonstration in an easy-to-understand manner.

A marathon is a sport that aims at the goal with only one action of facing one 's own body, consciously changing the muscles to use, and running forward.

That is why, like the clinic performed by Naoko Takahashi, the approach that makes your body conscious while giving a lot of information about your body will be most effective.

The content of the clinic consisted of two preparatory exercises in the first half and the running course in the second half.

The first part starts with the way of tying the shoelace, practices the importance of preparatory gymnastics, how to use the body, reinforcement training method when injured.

In the second half, we gradually teach the movements of the hands, the movement of the feet and the way of using the body necessary for running, and gradually move to practice so that they can be done in the act of running them.

Besides that, beneficial contents were expanded in various ways for the runners who participated, such as how to allocate pace of full marathon.

Beyond imagination, there was a surprise voice coming from participants as well as visitors. Every time the participants see the marathon on TV, they will remember the wind at this time.

By the way, with my running power, it was almost like a dash.

As it is possible to keep running at this pace for 42.195 km, it is natural, but it is not an ordinary person.
