Former J Leaguer Shohei Yokoyama's challenge! From the 4th division league of the annual salary 0 yen to the Croatia 1st division league this season Vol. 3

Do you know the former J League called Shohei Yokoyama? The contract for The Spak Kusatsu Gunma was completed in 2016, and after a slight transmission he went to Croatia. Joining a team in four Croatian teams, keeping up with the results and raising the category, I plan to fight in the Croatian 1st league this season. What affliction and joy did you get here? He has left The Spa Kusatsu Gunma and has been freelancer and has been fought as a member of the KING GEAR FC. As I was a former teammate, I heard a lot of talk when I returned home.

-How did you become able to participate in the practice of the Croatian Second Division team?

Yokoyama: I was given points in the 4th part of Croatia and received the information, and the result in 3rd part of Austria was evaluated, and I finally came to a place where I could challenge the stage of the 2nd part. It is a team in the city next to Nederish who lived first.

-Did you know that you were scoring points in the 4th league to the next town? What is the result of participating in practice?

Yokoyama: You were able to score in the last test match, where it was recognized and won the contract. It is a story about about January of 2019.

--- Did you score in the second part of the league?

Yokoyama: I did not get points in the league game, I got 1 point in the cup game. There have been 12 to 3 games in total in recent months, but only about 5 games have appeared.

--- What factors did not come out?

Yokoyama: The ankle was injured in the practice game in the second week after the opening. As it was for about a month, the game put up with pain and came out for a long time, but it was not cured and the condition gradually fell. It was in a state where I could not rest and play for about one month from there. I feel that I returned in the last one month and came out in the last two games.

--- What did you feel as you step up from Austria 3 to Croatia 2?

Yokoyama: After all the level went up. I felt the level of tactical parts such as the technology of the foot and strength of the physical.

I felt that the second part of Croatia was stepping up in a solid professional league. Everyone lived only in football, and there were two practice sessions in the morning and afternoon, and I went to the camp. It was a form close to the life of the J League.

The second part of Croatia has to use players under 21 years old in a three-player match. I tend to use the side or side position instead of the center, so I wear with my side half and it's tough.

Moreover, it was more difficult for me to go to the match, as only two players from the EU could enter the game.

-How was your salary?

Yokoyama: A bit higher than the third part of Austria?

--- What is your current state of injury?

YokoyamaA: There is almost no pain anymore.

--- That team won the Croatia Second Division League and was promoted to the first division. I'm looking forward to fighting in the first league from this season!

Yokoyama:Yes. Some clubs have players that represent the country, and I look forward to it. From now on, we will join the team and practice will begin in late June. (At the time of coverage: mid-June)

--- Please tell me what you have learned abroad.

Yokoyama: The feeling that you want to go abroad and "want to open the way by yourself" has become extremely strong. I'm not looking for someone else's rail, but I want to go ahead while enjoying what I want to do!

If you try it, you will often fail and struggle, but you will also be able to feel pleasure in small things, and if you experience various things, including good things and bad things, you will see the depths of life .

And above all, when you give me a message of support from Japan, or when I return home, I feel that I am now because of the people who always take care of me, support me and support me, I want to convey my gratitude here again.

-By the way, can you speak English?

Yokoyama: I had to use English and I learned it myself. Everyday life is fine. As with the words, I went abroad and changed my sense of values and things I saw.

Outside of Japan, I touched on something more like human warmth. Especially for owners of 4 parts of Croatia
I am indebted to you for your support in various ways. I am my benefactor.

-What are your goals for the future?

Yokoyama: As a professional, I have a goal of wanting to be a representative of Japan as well as playing soccer. I would like to repeat the challenge that only I can do.

Now the number is gradually increasing, but it is still active in J1 and the route called overseas is a major. I think that there are not many cases where I take a new challenge and step up with no money, as my contract expires in J2.

That is why if you can step up further and have a representative or various challenges, you can be the motivation and potential of people who aim for players from now on.

--- As you know, KING GEAR so please tell us the story of GEAR. What spike did you wear when playing in the J-League?

Yokoyama: It is a spike of ASICS. Actually, it was ASICS from the time of junior high school. I bought it for a long time, but since I entered the spa, I made a supplier contract from the second year and got spikes and so on.

The contract has also ended when the contract for The Spa has expired. Since I got a little more spikes in the last year, I use it carefully overseas.

-Do you lose the spikes that you use so much?

Yokoyama: That's right.

--- Please contact the manufacturer who can supply spikes by all means!

The story I heard in Japan is up to here, but I heard the latest story from Yokoyama in the field.

――What kind of life did you travel to Croatia in late June? Please tell us about your recent situation.

Yokoyama: I practice two copies almost every day. Competition has also intensified as coaches have changed and new players have come.

The other day I finished training in Bosnia and I was able to train without injury, so I think it would be nice if I could get the results out of the game.

The league kicks off next Saturday with a practice match with Al Ahli on Sunday. The opening game is a game with Rijeka.

--- I support you from Japan! Please tell us the story regularly!
