What made you interested in soccer?
It seems that I started playing soccer when I was in kindergarten, pointing at people playing soccer in the garden and saying "I want to wear that!". It seems to be because I don't remember those days.

"Niko and ..." developed by Adastria Co., Ltd. will sell original T-shirts in collaboration with 33 clubs from Friday, August 24th to commemorate the J League, which will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2018. That's the news.
This is a great attempt for those who are not interested in the J-League (soccer) to be interested in the local J-League club as a result of this collaboration T-shirt.
On August 23, the day before the sale, the eve of the festival was held at niko ano ... TOKYO, inviting soccer players.
We asked Chiaki Kobayashi (Chief Creative Director of Adastria Co., Ltd.) to tell us about the reason for this collaboration project.

KobayashiFirst of all, Mr. J.League asked me if I could collaborate on the 25th anniversary. niko and ... uses the number 25 to do "smiley" Nico, but my first impression was that it had an affinity with the 25th anniversary.
niko and ... celebrated its 10th anniversary last year, and this year is the 11th year.In 2018, which is the 11th year, we are conducting a campaign called 11 collaborations.
We are strengthening collaboration centered on product development with companies, manufacturers, artists, and local governments in various industries for the purpose of raising brand recognition and value, and mutual customer transfer with our business partners.
To put it simply, it would be great if we could collaborate with an industry different from fashion for mutual customer transfer, spread niko and ... more widely, and enliven each other's industry.
In addition, niko and ... picked up the nine genres of "clothing, food, housing, play, knowledge, health, travel, sound, and TOKYO" as "UNI9UE SENSES" and worked with collaboration destinations in these nine categories. I am.
"Ken" is healthy and decided to collaborate with the J League in the sports part.

KobayashiThat's right. After that, there are only a limited number of people who can wear uniforms.
It all started with the idea that "niko and ... can make fashionable T-shirts with a club motif that you can usually wear."
Since niko and ... has about 130 stores nationwide, we can connect the stores with each other and carry out regional campaigns, and I think we can support the J League more from the fashion world.
I'm glad that we also wanted to increase the number of niko and ... fans from those who play sports. You may know the local J.League team from the T-shirt.
The two Ukasukaji (Kazutoshi Sakurai / GAKU-MC) who love soccer and are playing themselves have also appeared in the commercials for niko and ..., so the company has an affinity with soccer as well. you know.
――I personally support the J League, so I think it's a wonderful initiative. However, I think that there were various difficulties due to collaboration with many clubs of 33 teams.
KobayashiIt took time to design Nagoya Grampus. That's because the club was particular about it. The result is a great shirt.
The rest was designing and negotiating one by one with the clubs of all 33 teams. However, thanks to that, I think we were able to hear the club's commitment and make something good.
The design of niko and ... is fashionable, so many clubs recommended the design proposal on this side, and it went smoothly and was completed in about 10 months. I went to Hiroshima and Kyoto to talk with the person in charge and played soccer with the staff.
――There are many staff members who actually play sports such as soccer and marathon, including Mr. Kobayashi, right?
KobayashiThat's right. I also play soccer and marathons on a regular basis. We plan a soccer tournament called the Adastria League, and hold it once a week with our business partners, creating a community inside and outside the company.
It can be said that niko and ... is a company that supports running, yoga, soccer, etc.
"If you play hard, you will get a job." I am doing this with my motto, and I hope to do various interesting things.
