11月の大阪マラソン当日の朝食は、ホテルで42.195Km走れるエネルギーを摂るという事で、尋常ではないくらい食べた。

I was going smoothly with Mr. Shiomi, but my back flew away per 8 km point. I did not know if his pace went up or my pace went down, but I desperately keep up with it.

It is unexpectedly to consume physical strength to overtake the side of many running runners to the left and swell to the right. I thought about putting it here without impossible, and ran as far as I could see the Shiomen 's back with the naked eye. But after a few minutes I could not see my back.

Following Osaka, at the marathon rally, a small happening happens that makes me want to stop thinking.

I want a supplement to become energy now! ! At this stage I thought about the future as I drink after thinking about exercise, so I put it back in my pocket.

I was running toward the invisible back, there was a display of 18 Km. It's about 3 Km more. I raise the speed further and run. A new pace runner is found and followed.

I was running silently and I could see the display and goal of 1 hour 46 minutes.
"It is already a goal !! Besides, I can not get out for 1 hour 45 minutes!"

It also takes 1 hour 46 minutes 22 seconds to panic in the dash. I regret that I should accelerate a little earlier, but I also self-indulge that this is also power.

Even Osaka marathon can not reach the goal by two minutes, one minute in this time too. It always leaves some homework.

Even football is true. I made a professional contract in Bolivia in the thirteenth nation of the challenge, but I can not take the game, or I am short of something. But I guess there is a continuation because of homework.
