- Could you tell me about "HANZO R"?
Takeda: "Hanzo R" is a model for a runner aiming at 3 hours and half from cutting off for 3 hours, a runner wearing "Hanzo S" is wearing it for training as well.
"Hanzo S" is the same as the basic design, but it is designed with consciousness of cushioning property by giving the sole a thickness. By adopting 3D printing technology to the upper, the thickness increases and rigidity increases, making it a combination of hold feeling, light weight, and breathability.
- Could you tell me about "HANZO T"?
Takeda: This is for training, it is used not only in the land section but also in the running practice of children of other club activities such as the soccer club and the baseball club. The sole has thickness and durability emphasis, it uses a rubber called blown rubber that is light and has a large amount of deformation, making it easy to grip. It also makes it possible to cope with such training as long-term, long-distance and side step entry.
In order to realize weight saving, in a package of three layers of mesh, a material with a little durability and rigidity is placed on the base layer, and since a mesh is put on the material, breathabilityThere is also. Although it looks simple, it is making a good support feeling to come born.
- How did you decide on the color?
Takeda: I want it to stand out as a brand, so I made it a color shining with brightness at the time of the first generation, this time I made it black and white monotone which was suitable for the concept from the beginning of development. There was a desire to express with black and white that image of the shadow effort going toward the goal of light. The color of the apparel is also set up.
- How long did it take from planning to completion?
Takeda: Usually it is two years from planning to shop front, but it took three and a half years. I wanted to do it in a short span, but gradually new technology entered gradually while studying and doing research by taking data properly, it took 3 and a half quickly within various trialsThere was (laugh).
- Which part took the longest time?
Takeda: Is it a sole? Because it is made by combining two materials, it is necessary to verify whether it is really good to do two layers, and since it is made with a sponge called EVA, it takes time to make this mold I did not go to say that it was fine with one shotIt took the first time because it will be annealed over and over again.
- Could you tell us about the future prospects?
