■ Your company offers "Minsal" service, but what kind of service is this?
（Kigure) It is a service that allows you to search and book facilities that hold individual participating futsal.
Up to now, we have created and delivered a system for soccer associations and a system for futsal facilities, but we also launched a company-operated portal site to send customers to the facility with our power. I just started trying things like going.
■ Why did you decide to start a project like this?
（Kigure) During the 2002 World Cup co-sponsored by the Japan-ROK, the futsal facility was overshot at once. Futsal is able to play with five people, so it became widely known that there is fun to make a team with friends around and kick the ball, and the number of teams has increased sharply. A lot of people have noticed such enjoyment, aiming at winning in the competition, winning the competition.
But those who were active actively at that time were in their thirties and forties, became busy as children became busy, became managers and work became busy, the number of teams decreased steadily It went by.
In addition, the young people now want to kick the ball, but I do not like group actions, or it is troublesome to take care of the role, it has become such a trend. As a result, the number of people who work on a fixed team has decreased. Along with that, futsal facilities also got underutilized.

A monkey is an individual participating futsal. For example, when 20 participants gather, they are divided on the spot and played. This was prevalent, now it has become 30% to 40% of the revenue of futsal facilities revenues.
Even as a futsal facility side, it is also useful to raise the occupancy rate of the facility because it is possible to change to a monkey even when it is forced to cancel the convention that was scheduled to be held.
In this way, the needs of individual monkeys have increased rapidly over the past few years. Nevertheless, looking around the world's information sources, there was no portal site that collected personal monkey information. Well, this project started because we wanted to create a portal site by ourselves.
But within me, there is no difference in the way of thinking, whether it is a team system or a personal site. In times when team activities were thriving, we are offering a system that makes it easier for team bookings, now increasing the convenience for individuals, as individual usage increases.
As the futsal population at the bottom increases, the futsal facilities will prosper and the level of the overall competition should rise.
■ What difficulties did you encounter in developing the project?
（Sideways) For us, the service for consumers was "Minsal" for the first time.
Until now, it would have been better to see only B in the BtoBtoC, which is a company or a municipality that we are offering, but "Minsalu" is a service provided directly to consumers Because it was very hard for me there.
■ It is WEBIs it hard for us to conscious of the usability of the site by designing and developing it?
（Sideways) Although usability is of course nothing, since treating personal information on its own, or the form of work we do is completely different from the one we used to do so, it was really difficult to make a business design from 1 .
■ The current "Minsal" is a very easy-to-see site, and its usability seems to be good as well.
（SidewaysAlthough it is trial and error, it gradually gets better. It is a recent development method, but I am taking a method called agile development and I am doing better while making it.
When planning and designing perfect things, if things as designed can not be put out in the world, when the system is completed one year later, the world has changed.

■ How long did you make Minsal in the development period?

It is a good thing. What kind of deployment are you thinking in the future?
（Kigure) Recently, we started to increase the number of female players. In the case of women, few people suddenly participate in individual monkeys alone. That is why know-how is necessary to develop women.
As I mentioned earlier, individual monkeys will play games after the facility staff teams. In that case, consideration and control of beginners and women is very important, but there are still many staff who can not do it.
But then, women's participants will not increase.
So, we started an effort to plan and excite women-only futsal.
First of all we have is fed into the female staff in the facility, and the support of until it is fixed. We are working on creating a flow where female staff can hold individual monkeys for women only when the staff at the facility is able to control how the female staff interact with female players.
（Sideways) In terms of system functionality, we are working to add a review function. There are many reviews written on food and drink sites as usual, but it would be nice if the players who participated in the individual monkeys talked about the reviews.
