Island： 最初にテニスに触れた時の先生がとても大切だと思いました。上手い人に教わると、テニスの楽しさを速く感じられて、上達しやすいのではないかと思います。今日のイベントは幸せな楽しい時間でした。
Looking back on 2017?
Date：There were many changes, including retirement. After knee surgery, after shoulder surgery after returning. It was a year of suffering.
Although I decided to retire, I am still in the vicinity of tennis from now on. From now on I would like to take action as the number of people who like tennis increases.

Also, this year, I finished the live broadcasting work I had been doing for a long time, so I went for a long trip to New York. This was a valuable time to get inspiration.

In the ninth and a half years, "Retirement of tennis" is large, so I did not want to leave. I love tennis and surely because I was loved from tennis, I believe there were parts that I could keep players so far.
There were a lot of people who worked so far, and in this year's players lifeI put a break, but I feel that I could not have spent without "love".
ー2018年の目標を教えてください。
Island：I would like to do a location where I put my body overseas. Now that variety shows going abroad are excited, I would like to go anywhere.
Date：First of all, it is to cure my shoulders and make a healthy body.
From now on,I would like to focus on spreading tennis in Japan and fostering players able to fight on the world stage. I think that the maintenance of the environment will progress with holding the Tokyo Olympic Games, but I would like to advance more.
What are your plans for Christmas?
Island： 今年は仕事の後、母が遊びに来る予定です。好きなもの作ってくれるので楽しみにしています。
