- Futaba Sports Omiya store will close, but when did you open it?
Takahashi： 現在は株式会社フタバスポーツとして運営をしていますが、１９６２年７月３日（俳優トム・クルーズ氏が生まれた日）に別の会社さんと共同で創業したとのことです。それからもう５５年にもなりますね。
――自分が生まれる前から存在していたとは驚きですし、歴史を感じます。 高橋さんは、いつからフタバスポーツで勤務されているのですか？
Takahashi： 約６年前となりますが、実は一度書類選考で不合格となりました。非常に悔しく諦めきれなかったので、再び求人があるのを知り会社本部に電話をして面接するチャンスを得て、現社長の前でスパイクについて９０分も話してみたんですよね。すると、「面白い子だね！」と言われ入社が決まりました（笑）
- A wonderful passion! What kind of memories do you have in Omiya store?

Takahashi： 大宮店に来ていただいたお客様には感謝の気持ちで一杯であります。新店舗でもこの感謝の気持ちを忘れずに、「フタバに来て良かった！フタバにまた行きたい！」と言ってもらえるアットホームなお店となるように還元をしていきたいです。そして、商いをするわけですから結果も求めながら精進していきます。
