I agree. Idol is usually sparkling and I think that it is an existence that you enjoy seeing the bright part in front of you, but I think that showing the reverse is courageous.

悩んだり、戦ったりした時に、自分は、言葉や文にするのが得意なタイプではなかったので、その分、考えながら書きました。
- Do you mean that you value the word of overcoming?
周りに沢山刺激を与えてくれる人がいるんですけど、刺激されすぎてはいけないと思うし、結局自分と向き合うことだったり、弱い己に打ち克つ心を忘れないようにしています。
―― このエッセイを書いた後と書く前に自身の心境の変化はありましたか？
I was taught that I was able to understand myself or because I had the position of captains in my group and thinking about other members more than myself, so I did not face my own difficulties.
- For example, how did you capture yourself?
周りの事を気にかけることで、自分の事をごまかしていたりとか、自分の感情から逃げていたなと思うことがあったので、ちゃんと悔しいこと嬉しいことを言葉で表現する大切さに気づかされました。
- What have you learned through NMB 48?
Recently1When I let you work with people, I once again learned that everyone is just being comfortable and taught me that I am being helped so much, so I feel like a family.At first I think that it was a rival, but now it is not a competitor anymore, rather than looking at each good point, then it became a way of thinking how to get out of myself.
―― 話が変わりますが、愛する阪神が開幕三連戦を終えましたけど？
内容としてはまだ満足できるものではないんですけど去年課題だった打撃面とかで今シーズンは期待できるなって思っているので、どんどん実戦を経て更にみんながスキルアップというか、一人一人がパワーアップしてもらいたいなと思います。
- Finally please tell us sights of the book.
This time I wrote it in the form of an essay, but something that could be a hint for someone who can not take a step to my challenge or even someone who is concerned about my future , I think that there is a possibility, I think that it would be like a bible of everyone's young people.
