Kenfusi Abe who interviewed this time plays as GK in active era.
As a Japanese representative under the age of 16 at Tokai University's first high school, I have a track record of participating in the U16 Asian Championship.
After then going to University of Tsukuba,2003年にヴァンフォーレ甲府に入団。チーム初のJ1昇格を果たした2006年には守護神としてゴールマウスを守るなど、チームの主力選手として活躍し、2009年に引退。

- What is your job doing?
阿部:I moved to Akashi Fujieda high school and I am a high school teacher.
――何歳まで選手を続けられましたか？引退したときに「まだまだ現役でプレーできるんじゃないか？」など感じませんでしたか？
阿部:29歳だった2009年に引退しました。大学卒業後に甲府に入団したんですが、もともと指導者になりたいという想いがあって、大学では教員指導者免許も取得していました。
When I was dismissed, I was able to switch my mind as "good timing?" My physical condition was good, though.
――前にサポーツマン主催の長谷川太郎（元ヴァンフォーレ甲府、FW）が「いちばんやりにくいGK」として阿部選手の名前を挙げていたことがあります。そのような実力がありながら、現役への未練をすぐに断ち切れたんですか？
阿部:I did not have any incompatibility on the active side. (Lol)
Although I had a happy time also during the competition, I felt strongly that "I want to become a leader in the future" since about junior high school.
I got the opportunity to play under the leaders such as Takeshi Oki (Director of FC Gifu in 2017) and Mr. Takayoshi Ayama (Director of FC Tokyo from the middle of 2017) in the active era, I want to go to the world of the world "to make it stronger.
――セカンドキャリアも充実しているように見えますが？
阿部:もともと興味があった仕事をさせていただいているので充実していますね。いろいろな生徒がいるので一緒に遊んでるだけなんですけど。（笑）先生っぽくないかもしれないですね。
――選手と指導者、2つの才能があった羨ましいケースですね？
阿部: I think that I was really lucky.
