I realized my dream with the old nest! Van Forre Kofu Inui Yuge's extensive second career

2005年から2008年までの4年間をヴァンフォーレ甲府の選手として過ごした井上雄幾さん。

1996年に横浜フリューゲルス（1999年横浜Fマリノスに吸収合併）でプロ選手としてのキャリアをスタートさせ、ジェフユナイテッド市原（現ジェフユナイテッド市原・千葉）やモンテディオ山形などでのプレーを経てヴァンフォーレ甲府に入団。

2005年には、ヴァンフォーレ甲府初のJ1昇格に貢献しました。井上雄幾さんはどのようなセカンドキャリアを過ごされているのでしょうか？

――現在はどんなお仕事をされていますか？  

井上:I've been coaching at Van Foret's infrastructure for six years now. I am in charge of fifth grade elementary school now in the junior division. 

 ――引退を決められた年齢と、今の仕事を選んだきっかけを教えてください。

 井上:I decided to retire at the age of 33 to 34. After departing from Van Foret Kofu, I have belonged to an amateur social team, so the line is ambiguous .... 

 ――引退後に、今の仕事をすぐにはじめられたんですか？  

 井上:I agree. When I was in an amateur team, I also worked as a soccer school, but I was asked to coach as a coach in the following season after retirement from the social team.

 ――ヴァンフォーレ甲府退団後に現役を続けられていますが、選手としての未練があったんでしょうか？

 井上:社会人チームに入ったのも、「指導者になろう」と思っていたからです。「指導者だ」と思っていたら、選手になってしまいました。    



 
 ――「指導者になりたい」と考えられたのはいつ頃でしたか？　すぐに気持ちを切り替えることはできましたか？   

井上:It may be right after retirement. To be honest, the last person in the athlete's life was also a period of feeling that the body and the envisaged play and the body did not fit, and I thought that there was no choice but to continue any further. 

I thought it would be better to choose either to retire or to do other work or to explore the way of the leader at an earlier date.

There was a part I saw ahead, so I was quick to switch. I had strong feelings that I wanted to study for the next career.

    

 ――「指導者になりたい」という目標を達成されているわけですが、充実したセカンドキャリアを過ごされていますか？ 

 井上:I celebrated the sixth year as a club coach I spent as a player. Unlike active players, I have different jobs such as management and pickup and feeling difficulties, I am still happy to be involved in football.
