Sapottsuman sponsored! Sankyo interviewed Van Foret Kofu OB Vol.2 "Sapotsu Man, the thought in second career support"
There are only a few left this season. As the number of matches dwindles, we hear news about players retiring. No matter how good a player you are, retirement is inevitable. What kind of things do players think at that time and move on to the next career? and Kazuyuki Unno, representative director of Ventforet Sports Club, about the background to the event and their thoughts on their second career.

――Why did you set up a place for second career support called Supportsman?
Hasegawa:When I got a retirement match, I was able to meet various people and take the next step.
At that time I was retiring from work and working as an office worker, but I often found problems that I did not get better than I thought, until I was suffering as much as mental was done.
However, thanks to having the retirement game held in such a situation, I was able to move forward to the next step.
I would like the players who are currently active to hold a retirement match when they put a period in their playing careers and create a place to thank those who have been indebted. I would like you to hold an alumni association-like meeting and use it as an opportunity to step into your second career.
With this in mind, I came up with this project together with Jun Uruno, who I met again at my retirement match.
――When did you start thinking about this Ventforet Kofu OB match project?
Hasegawa:I had talked with old members such as Jun URUSA about for about a year, but this time I got the opportunity of realization with the cooperation of the old-fashioned Van Foret Kofu.
In today's event, I was happy that old fellows and supporters gathered and I hope I can connect my new encounter at the event to my next life. We will continue to support Sappozuman's activities in the future, so thank you.

The team with big companies in the back struggles with J2, and the smallest budget Kofu is doing with J1.
We can't become a big club, but we will do our best to fight until the end of this season, remembering that Ventforet Kofu is what it is today thanks to everyone's support and efforts. Please come and visit Kofu when you have time.
We talked about future activities of Van Foret Sports Club, a general corporation.
Unno:In spring this year, we are planning to hold an OB match this time as part of promoting regional contribution projects by making general corporation like other citizen clubs. Today, I really appreciate many of the supporters for visiting the Central Bank Stadium.
The face of everyone who is OB athlete has been seen for a long time, the team also wins. I suppose supporters of Van Furet Kofu were a very satisfying day.
We are focusing not only on retired players but also in nurturing young generations. As part of the international exchange project, I am planning to go to Qatar in October and Spain in December with my children. Now that we have established an incorporated association, we would like to continue to be involved in a wide range of community contribution projects.
Mr. Taro Hasegawa is currently hosting a soccer school "TRE Striker Academy" specialized for striker request, and in October "How to arrange 'heart', 'technique' and 'body' to mass produce the goal with football"(Minavi Publishing) has been published and is active in various fields.
