STORY OF CEO 1st Nagasawa Shigetoshi (Hakubaku Co., Ltd.) Vol.5 "What was taught by Van Foret Kofu"
I will start a new project. KING GEAR has a policy that "the protagonists of sports are not the only players". A player without a spike, a keeper without a glove, a team without a sponsor can not play a player. It is for the above reasons to do the project to spotlight the sponsor. At the Vol.5 of the last episode I asked about what he taught from Van Foret through support and about the commitment of the hakubaku.

--I can really feel your passion and desire to support them.
Nagasawa That's because our supporters already understand that. When I started thinking about buying our products, I looked around and saw that supporters of other teams were also buying Hakubaku's products. We are happy that our activities are being appreciated.
But I guess that's possible because it's an owner-operated company. If this were an employee in charge of advertising, the president would say, ``What are you talking about so carefree!'' and the person in charge would have no choice but to find a way to get the money back.。
- You run to numbers or cost-effective?
Nagasawa ``We're paying for the media, so give us back!'' will become a normal activity, especially if it becomes a big company. The more talented people are in charge of a task, the more likely they will be when asked about their excellence. I'm thinking about how to use the team as a media.
I think the reason I'm able to say such carefree things is because I'm the president of the company. I think it's difficult for large companies.
If the person in charge said something like I did to the president, he would say, ``Are you an idiot? (lol) You're not doing this for fun!'' and that would be a no-no. "I don't know how much you like soccer," he said.
--I'm sure that's usually the case.
Nagasawa If you were to say, ``We're all putting the money we earned into it, so it's only natural that we should get a return on it!'', you wouldn't be able to say anything. But I think there is actually more value than that. I think the presidents of other companies turned down Mr. Unno's request at the time because they didn't understand that.
But I didn't think that far either. The result was good. This is what Ventforet taught me.
If you ask me, it was a no-win situation. I didn't think about trying to make money, I just tried to do something about it, and the result was the current result, and I felt like I was getting a reward. I'm not a straw man, though. When I calculated the profit and loss there, I didn't do it.
Because the media value was actually negative, and we kept losing and it was a terrible match! It's not fun to watch at all (lol) It's like being attacked and somehow clearing it, being attacked again and somehow clearing it, and then just keep getting hit. I think this is terrible. I was an amateur at soccer, but that's what I thought.
I just managed to get Mr. Unno to do something. It is the starting point that I thought that I wanted to support management properly instead of media at that time.
Director Oki came and the team changed, after all, Mr. Ono's management skill brought him director Oki, and it was great that he brought Sakuma GM. That was really good.
--Finally, I would like to introduce Hakubaku-san.As a grain company, they produce products that are good for the body. Please tell us about your passion for making things.
Nagasawa The theme is to create emotional value in grains and help people achieve healthy and rich dietary habits. The image that comes to mind when I think of a rich diet is that it is ``handmade'', although this may be contrary to the trend of today's times.
There's a huge demand for simplicity these days, and I think there are some things that can't be helped, but I still think the value goes up by making it handmade, or by adding a little extra effort from the mother.
This is how you feel. Rather than just opening the pack and putting it out, if you do something with it, you can let people know that you did it in spite of your busy schedule. Even children and husbands. It would be great if we could convey that kind of richness and feeling through food.
I'm making an image of such a rich diet.
Our commitment is to realize a healthy and rich diet through grains.
And I think grain is easier to eat, delicious, fun and more worthwhile. Although it is a plain existence, I would like to have more value for customers to think "good" in search of it, to eat a lot and get healthy, or to have a rich diet. I am stuck there.
Nowadays, there are problems with additives, but we want to make grains delicious and simple without using any of those things. I don't have anything bad to say about food additives, but I think it's better to leave them as they are.
Lately, we've been talking about ``barley cereals anytime, anywhere,'' and we want to be able to eat it anywhere. You don't have to cook the rice at home, you can have it in a bento box from a convenience store, but I guess our point is to make barley grains available in a variety of places. I want to try that! no matter what.
Because people who eat cereal thought that it would be troublesome to eat soon so. I think that it is my mission to do it. I think that it is commitment to do such work.
- Thank you very much for letting me talk over a wide range!
Mr. Hakubu and Mr. Van Fure Kofu had a relationship of trust, I was able to learn a really good story that was being worked hard and I learned a lot in the future.())
