――趣味はありますか。
West:Yes. I want to get excited and go to the Jazz club's Blue Note (Tokyo) and listen to music. It is not easy to get goose bumps and I want to get numb. Besides, I also like fishing.
――音楽は素晴らしいですよね。釣りをいつからやっていますか。
West: I've been doing it since a while, since I came to Kashima I got stuck in blackbath fishing, then I am doing it in earnest.
――釣りにこだわりはありますか。
WestThere are lots of tools anyway.
――どれくらいのペースでやっていますか。
West: Recently I have not been able to go much, but last week was a week3It was pace.(Lol)。
- So much? (Laugh). Is it fishing even after practice is over?
West:Yes. It is light, though. I often go when it is off.
――釣りをしていて、どのような時が1番楽しいですか。
West: The night before you go fishing is fun(Lol)。
――(笑)。前日の夜ですか。
West:Yes. It is fun when preparing.
――釣りをやっている時も痺れますか
West:Yes. Fishing in a jungle like place or in amazing scenery is the best.
――釣りの時に写真は撮りますか。
West: I take a lot of photos and videos. Fishing is nice It is a type that I think unexpectedly, but when I am fishing I only see the thread and I take care as time not to think about other things.
――試合中も考えますか。
West: I do not think that much.(Lol). I am playing with a sense. If you think about it, it is already late, so if you are more relaxed you will expand your horizons.
――好きな食べ物はありますか。
West: I like everything except Pakuchi. I feel like I am eating for my body. Eating irrespective of on / off, not too much commitment.
――普段は何を飲みますか。
West: Basically I am not drinking except water. As usual, I often drink tea from water and tea leaves.

The story will be about football again. How did you feel when you were elected Japan representative?
West: I was nervous at the first representative. At that time I could not communicate and most of the games came out so I did not feel like being a member.
- Currently 30 years old. How old are you planning to continue professional athletes?
West: Myself40I decided to stay until my age, and I became a professional.30There are not many people who can be up to the age, but I do not feel weakness in physical strength and body sharpness, rather it is going up. I have done a lot of muscle training up to now, but I stopped around last summer and I am pursuing what I am doing nothing and what I am doing is true movement and supple. I think that the approach is different depending on what kind of aim is aimed at.
――40歳以降に、やりたいことはありますか。
West: I do not know because the image does not spring up. I guess what you are thinking at that time, and I guess fishing is going on(Lol). However, I am preparing to have various choices when I finish the players.
――対戦した日本人選手で凄かった人はいますか。
West: In terms of constantly doing, I think that Yat (Yasuhito Endo) and Norimura Nakamura are amazing.
