――How much do you play in Mongolia?

WatanabeA: I played for the first time three years ago and was enrolled in one season. After that, I played only in the half season and still play with the half season contract. The current team is the third team in Mongolia.

――Please tell us about the Mongolian League. I think that the coldest season is when the minimum temperature is -30 degrees and soccer cannot be played.

WatanabeA: The league is from April to October, this year until November. It has been getting cold since September. It has been snowing since yesterday (October 2).

May and June are warm, but the temperature has been negative since mid-October, and the current temperature is at least -8 degrees. The difference in temperature is so intense during the day.

During cold weather, there are indoor futsal leagues, and many players play there.

――Please tell us about the difficulties of playing in Mongolia and the differences from Japanese football.

Watanabe: Player coordination is poor compared to Japan. Individual sports are stronger than team sports.

Mongolia has strong sumo and wrestling skills, has high personal abilities, and has a good physique, so it has a great physical advantage. I feel that teamwork still needs to be improved.

――Which areas are improvements?

Watanabe: As a result of your own vertical work, there are many cases where you get countered and get a counter. Like sumo wrestling and wrestling, one-on-one may be a fight or a national one.

――I participated in the practice of the Mongolian League team about six years ago, but I can imagine that although he is a large player, his legs are fast and his physical abilities are extremely high.

The FIFA ranking is low, but the physical abilities of Mongolian soccer players are higher than you can imagine.

Watanabe: One of my teammates is Nalambolt, but his physical abilities are very high.

She is tall, physically strong, and fast. A player who smells the score. It is a type that is not in the J-League, and it is almost like Lukaku (Belgium National Team).

I am looking forward to fighting against Japan's defense lines such as Maya Yoshida. In Japan, I feel like I'm going to play soccer that kicks a long ball vertically and hits Nalambolt, causing an accident.

――I understand Mongolian players' physical abilities, but how about your feet?

WatanabeA: I think the technology underneath is improving. I'm especially good at futsal. I've heard that U23's Mongolian monkey representative is strong. I just think that when it comes to soccer, you have too many balls.

――Are the Mongolian players who belong to the Mongolian league of soccer professional?

WatanabeA: I think professional contracts and amateur contracts are mixed. I think foreign players are professional contracts.

There are many Japanese players this year for foreigners. Last year there were many African players, but there seems to be a lack of coordination in many cases, and there are many Japanese players this year whether hard-working Japanese were appreciated.

――Is it easier to play in the Mongolian League than in the leagues of Thailand, Nepal, and Cambodia that Watanabe has played so far?

WatanabeA: Mongolia is the most difficult personally. In Southeast Asia, there is a lot of demand for scoring athletes, but Mongolia feels that there is a demand for players with crisis management skills and players who can balance.

The physical strength is excellent, and the emphasis is also on nurturing young people, so I feel that many of the players have the skills and learn the ball possession and so on, and the level has risen.

ー ー Do you have any experience in teaching in Japan right now?

Watanabe: He is a German coach and has experience teaching at Kunimi High School and Kyoto Sanga, and has also coached the Philippines National Team. I have spoken Japanese and have been to food together.

For that reason, I think the guidance is Japanese style, including the ages of training. If you take care of the ball and combine your original physical abilities and possession abilities, it will be an interesting team.

-Please tell us about the players known by the Mongolian national team.

Watanabe: The teammates who are currently Mongolia's representatives are Nalambolt, True (the former defender and former captain) and GK who I mentioned earlier.

True is a player who has high interpersonal skills and loves attacking. If the Mongolian national team loses first and goes for points, I think he will attack more and more. He is a clever player who can speak English and Russian.

――What is the expected score of Japan National Team vs Mongolia National Team on October 10?

Watanabe: I think Japan will win, but I hope Mongolia will get 1-2 points. Japan wins 3-1. It is 3-1 because I want Mongolia to get one point for the time being.

This is the first time that Mongolia has entered the second qualifying session and I want you to do your best.

――What's the hardest thing about living in Mongolia?

WatanabeA: Meal. I'm not very good at lamb. There are also Japanese restaurants and Korean restaurants, so it is helpful.

I haven't experienced it in winter, but it gets cold during the season, and above all it is dry. It is really empty! The virus was easy to fly when it was dry, and I sometimes got sick.

――It seems that when the Japanese national team plays in Mongolia, it can be difficult.

WatanabeA: The Away match was on March 31st, so there should be some snow and the difficulty of pitching artificial grass. The rest is still dry.

――Please tell us about your gear. What spikes do Mongolian players wear?

Watanabe: Everybody seems to buy it when they go abroad for expeditions. I have been in Mongolia for about 3 years, but I have never seen a soccer shop. I say fake, I sell copy products. .

――How do players who are not representative buy spikes?

WatanabeA: It seems that you have a representative player buy it, or you buy a copy product in Japan.

――It is important to create an environment where you can wear good spikes.

WatanabeA: I'm still playing Mongolia, so I'd like to cooperate with spikes.
