Dream that DMM draws on European football "vol.3 The day when the Belgian king came in the same way as when he came"
In November of last year DMM acquired the management rights of Shintotroiden of Belgian first division league. Why did you buy a Belgian team? I asked Mr. Yusuke Muranaka, who is the chairman of SYNTOTROIDEN, who is the director of DMM.com. In Vol.3, I heard about reasons for business alliance with the J League team and stories about business sheets that will be a place of social interaction.

<Vol.2 is this place>
- For a while, Mr. Masahiro Shimoda (current director of Renoffa Yamaguchi) was appointed as a coach, how was communication with local players?
In the villageMr. Shimoda communicated with the players without any problems because he could speak English. There was also Shimoda's time during practice. I knew various practice menus and practiced a variety of exercises to keep the players from getting bored.
I am wondering if that is a good place for Japanese leaders. I am not excluding good athletes, but I was talking about "that athlete is good." Some people seem to be prominent.
―― You made a business alliance between Fagiano Okayama and Oita Trinita. Given the various teams, please tell us the criteria and goals for choosing these two teams first.
In the villageOkayama is a local city like Sint-Truiden, and I wonder if the sense of issues is similar. If you say Okayama, there is Osaka and Hiroshima nearby, and Shikoku is sandwiched.
How do you increase your fans and income? What is the idea, how to acquire training and good players? And the feeling of the task is similar.
Oita is also surrounded by J-League teams, so I think it's getting harder than before. I imagine that there might be similar issues and the know-how there is different from urban teams. I hope to share the know-how there.
In addition, Oita Trinita had our CEO Ms. Tateishi before, so he knew the sense of the issues and was convinced that it was easy to do things including communication.
―― What are you going to do with the business alliance?
In the villageThe first is information exchange such as human exchange and scouting. We will share how players are picked and the differences in rules. I also hope that I can share the deep points of training.
Isn't it easy to enter training and player information? Only information on the top players etc. is included. What is good? What is good about upbringing? I want to know specifics.
Where is the cash point operational? Probably I think that management aspects are completely different in Japan and Belgium so share it. I would also like to try out some successful measures in Japan even in Belgium.
Also, how do you share measures to increase the number of visitors and stadium security? There are many.
―― You talked about the number of visitors. How many seats are there each year in Belgium?
In the villageI haven't decided yet, but most are annual customers. After that there are many business sheets.
―― How much is a business sheet?
In the villageThere are various plans, but they are not that expensive. It is a flow to eat and watch the game there.
―― You don't often watch royal boxes in Japan, right?
In the villageI agree. In Japan, the management of the stadium is basically ours, not the administration. I think it's probably hard just to serve food. The business sheet has a big sponsor merit. We exchange while drinking alcohol.
The chairman of the opponent team and the related personBecause only the businessmen. Talking there, business can be born and social space can be created. I eat two hours before the game, I watch the game, I have been drinking after the game.
I went to see Mafuoka (Ryota) players had matches with Befelen and we had a match, but the local potato shop called RemoFrit is the president's team.
After watching the match after eating, I ended up losing and wanted to return, but from there came potatoes, bread and beer. It's 20:00 because it's 20:00 kick off (laughs)
I ate because I can't help but not eat. The president wants to eat the potatoes! I wish I could put it out first (laugh)
But since everyone is doing something at work, the connection is good. For example, in Japan, "First bowl of potato" is popular in the first kitchen! If you tell me something, I'm going to do it at once. The distance feeling is close. I think that it would be even possible to return it to the sponsor including it.
Another great thing is that the soccer team will be an article soon. There are good or bad (lol) If you return the back, the exposure will increase!
Even though I think that I will advertise somewhere in Belgium, I think that it is not easy to pick up, but it is easy to pick up as a part of football. Just I went to Belgium and I was photographed by paparazzi. Will it be such an article? I thought that (laugh)
I had great treatment when I took the appointment to the mayor's mayor. If you imagined the level you could talk with 3 to 4 people, it was also applied like Tasuki.
That's the same response as when the King of Belgium came six months ago. It's too much! I realized the greatness of soccer again. I think I have to use that kind of thing.
