I always go through once a week, and I am using a shock master to get medical treatment. It is in a state where practicing which is managed somehow by repeating "running → pain on the soles of the feet → treating".

3年くらい前からグロインペインに悩まされているので、これを機に治そうとこっちの治療もしてもらっている。

After finishing treatment, I thought how to go for the Osaka marathon.

Until now I have ran around 10 km or 15 km for physical exercises in football. I have never run any further. Running 20 km or 30 km is an unknown area. It is also an unknown area that is unknown such as 42.195 km.

I've been practicing to run 8 km or 10 km so far, but if you are rather slow, you can run slowly so you have to run a long distance you have never experienced before! I thought.

1人で20kmや30kmを走るのもなんか不安だったので、eyeron師匠に「長い距離を走る機会があれば誘ってください!」と連絡。

ついに未知の距離を走る日がやってきた。 舞台は駒沢公園だ。 1kmあたり5分40秒くらいのゆっくりなペースで20kmか30km走ろう!とスタート。ペースは師匠に任せた。

It was probably because I became a nervous in front of the unknown world and drank a lot of sports drinks before the start.

Surprising outside the toilet went smoothly, 20 km passed. A little feet are heavy but there is no problem. Run 30 km! It was supposed to be.

However, after 25 km, a strange happened to the body. Suddenly the foot became heavier and the pace of running slowed about twice as much as before.

Even though both feelings and cardiopulmonary function are okay, my legs do not really rise. It's my first experience. The teacher runs with an extremely cool face as in the previous exercise.

30kmまでのあと5kmは地獄だった。意識もしっかりしていて、話しながら走れるが、足がいうことを聞かないのだ。 師匠は途中から追い込む為にスピードを上げて、どんどん背中が遠くなっていった。

I ended up crying but I finished 30 km in 2 hours 48 minutes. It was pretty confident that I ran out of the unknown distance.

Just at the Osaka marathon, it is certain that I ran into 12.495 kilometers from here, so I crashed.

And after he got home he was hell. I thought about going to receive a massage, but my body hurts and I can not move from the bed. I also have a headache. Eventually I could not move from bed for about 8 hours.

There is no doubt that it was a good opportunity to experience the unknown load of 30 km in the body.
