Yoshiki Sakaguchi interview Vol.2 "Training is cheerful! All households have adidas (laugh)"
In Vol.2, in addition to the thought of Yoshiaki Sakaguchi's training, he interviewed various sports gears (tools). I asked about the commitment to worn goods, sun visors, sunglasses and other tools.

――When did you start weight training seriously?
Sakaguchi：It is from the off season of last year (2015). I noticed that the muscle strength was insufficient throughout the season and began weight training and circuit training to attach larger muscles.
During the season, I only keep muscles attached off, so I work hard on the off season.
- I'm training in stoic, what kind of things are you thinking during training?
Sakaguchi: I'm thinking, "I'm fired up!" Even if you try to lift 45kg through weight training, you won't be able to lift 5 times if you're not motivated. I think you really care. Also, thinking about the next season, I'm thinking, "I have no choice but to do it now!"
- Do you have any words to tell yourself when you are out of spirit?
Sakaguchi：Fight! (laughs)
- Do you have training for running?
Sakaguchi：Of course, there is also training on the sand, but I have an ankle injury right now, so I plan to incorporate it from the beginning of the year while doing rehabilitation training.
――Do you have any advice for women who are training for beauty and health?
Sakaguchi：Continuity is power, isn't it? Training doesn't lie, so let's do our best together.

Sakaguchi：Training wear is wearing adidas. Adidas' clothes are highly absorptive of sweat, or even though sweat is sweating so much, the color of clothes does not change and it dries soon, so summer is particularly helpful.
In the winter, I wear a series called "Climaheat", and it's really warm and helpful when I'm practicing.
- Are you wearing adidas in private clothes too?
Sakaguchi：wear. Most of my shoes are Adidas. I wear Adidas on days when I have a slightly boyish style.
-- Adidas all over the house?
Sakaguchi：Full of Adidas. I wear Adidas even when I sleep (laughs)
- When have you been wearing Adidas?
Sakaguchi：I am indebted to you since last year (2015). The design is cute, the shape is feminine, easy to move and comfortable.
――Can you wear the sun visor during the game?
Sakaguchi：You can wear it during practices and games. I sweat a lot, so it's better to wear a sun visor.
- How about visually?
Sakaguchi：I don't mind. Rather, having a sun visor will protect you from UV rays and sunlight, and it will also prevent heatstroke.
――Are you particular about sunglasses?
Sakaguchi：Summer is difficult to handle when the lens becomes cloudy with sweat and moisture, but ESS 's "crossbow" I use is not cloudy and it is hard to get scratched. When sunshine is strong, it is difficult if there is no sunglasses, and play is read with gaze during the game, so we are sunglasses to prevent it.
- For beach volleyball players, sunglasses are a necessity. How many pieces do you use sunglasses in a season?
Sakaguchi：I will use the same basic. It is about changing the color by the mood. I am using yellow green or pink now.

Since my father was supervising the girls' volleyball, I experienced Indoor Valley for the first nine years of elementary school ~ nine years until junior high school graduation. In high school I leave the valley, but in October 2013 I watch the festival and the beach volleyball competition and fit in the charm of the beach volleyball. Entering the university in 2014 and entering "Kawasaki Beach Sports Club Beach Valley Academy" will start the beach volleyball in earnest. On weekdays I am practicing practicing from the morning till evening, about 3 hours in the evening and weekends after receiving the lecture from the university. The highest score was ranked 5th in "Japan beach volleyball tour 2016 first race My navi series" which was held in May 2016. As a professional player in the future, we aim for an athlete who can be active in the world.
