Dream that DMM draws on European football "vol.1 Why did you turn to the Belgian league?"
In November of last year DMM acquired the management rights of Shintotroiden of Belgian first division league. Why did you buy a Belgian team? I asked Mr. Yusuke Muranaka, who is the chairman of SYNTOTROIDEN, who is the director of DMM.com.

- Today I asked why DMM wanted to tell me about Shintotroiden's stock acquisition. Among the leagues of various countries, why did you turn to the Belgian league?
In the village日本の良い人材がチャレンジ出来るプロジェクトを作っていきたいという考えがまずありました。そのことを軸に、色々な国のリーグを調べたところオーストリア・ベルギー・ポルトガルのリーグには外国人枠が無いということがわかりました。
ーー外国人枠が無いと日本人を含め、たくさんの外国人を採用できますもんね。
In the villageそうなんです。また、ベルギーだとオランダ語とフランス語を誰でも話せて、ほとんどの方が英語も話せるんです。言葉の面も含めて日本人には向いているんじゃないかなと思いまして。フランス語が通じるのでアフリカ系の選手が多いのも特徴的です。
ーー英語が通じるのは大きいですよね。ベルギーという場所も良いのではないですか？
In the village周辺国へのアクセスが良く、バス移動も出来てコンパクトな経営が出来る点も魅力的でした。遠征もほぼ日帰りでいけますしね。
ーーオランダ・ドイツ・フランスなどサッカー強豪国に囲まれてますし、アクセスは抜群ですね。設備はいかがですか？
villageシントトロイデンはスタジアムが凄く綺麗なんです。何年か前に改装していて設備面は問題ないですね。例えばヨーロッパリーグに出たとしても、改装は必要ですが最低限の投資で済むと思います。

ーー球際が激しい熱い試合をしてそうですね。そういえば初めからシントトロイデンを狙っていたんですか？
In the villageInitially I was aiming for a different team in Belgium. The 85 - year - old was the president 's team and the story did not fit well, but when I went to see the team' s game, I happened to have had the opportunity to see the former president in the Sintroiden.
So it was not a team I did not know at all.また、その時の試合に小野裕二選手も出場してました。
ーー縁があったんですね！Jリーグではなく、なぜベルギーリーグのチームに出資したんですか？
In the villageヨーロッパのクラブは上位に入るとEL（ヨーロッパリーグ）やCL（チャンピオンズリーグ）などとステップがあるのが魅力的ですよね。
There was also an option to contribute to Japanese football with a team of J League, but the primary reason is that there is also a way to contribute by having a Japanese management team in Belgium.
We have the goal of announcing business development in Africa to go to various places globally, or to bring Japanese things overseas.
今後グローバルな事業をしていくという面でも合致してますし、それがサッカーなのかインターネットなのかの違いかなと考えてます。
DMM operates Africa business, English conversation, etc, and I think that language is also a necessary point for active overseas.

――日本人のセラピストが良ければ、ベルギーの他のチームも日本人セラピストが欲しいってなるかもしれないですね。
