世界陸上銅メダリスト『藤光謙司』にとってのファッションとは。「第6回アスリート・ドレッサー・アワード」受賞者vol.3
2017年ロンドン世界陸上4×100mリレーで銅メダルを獲得した日本チームでアンカーを務めた藤光謙司選手(ゼンリン)。大旋風を起こし続ける短距離界のリーダー的存在とも言える藤光選手は、ファッションについてどのように考えているのであろうか。単独インタビューを試みた。

In elementary school days I spend as a football juvenile in Urawa. When I become a junior high school student, I want to pursue personal results, since I had an invitation from a friend, I began full-fledged ground, and when I was in 3rd grade I played in the national competition at 100m and 200m.
And when he was in second grade of high school he won the World Youth Championship 200m and medley relay as Japan national player and won a bronze medal.
After that, he became 3rd in the Japanese championship 200m, he participated in a 4 × 100m relay with 200m on the world land and won the 4th place in the relay.
He won the Japanese Championship 200m.
Asia Games 200m 2nd place. 4 x 100 m relay 2nd place.
I participated in the world championship 200m. 4 × 100m relay 6th place.
300mAchieved new record in Japan and Asia new record.
Fujimitsu who has continued to give a lot of results has served as an anchor at the 2017 London World athletics 4 × 100 m relay in August 2017 and became the driving force for winning the bronze medal.
For Koji Fujimitsu who is now 31 years old and continues to evolve, what kind of fashion is it? I asked a story.
- What do you think about fashion?
Fujimitsu：ファッショナブルなアスリートが活躍すれば見え方が良いと思いますので、競技とファッションを結び付けて考えています。普段からファッション性が必要だと意識して競技を行っていますね。
- Do you have competition colors?
FujimitsuIt is gold. The gold medal that I am aiming at as a player is a gold foil pack with a care of the body etc. Money has a lot of power, it makes a good flow of blood flow, has a relaxing effect, etc. It brings a very good influence on performance. It is also a good auspicious color so you always have gold in at the time of the match.
- Were you wearing gold when you were a great success in the London world?
Fujimitsu：あの時は、金のネックレスを持っていきまして、切れるはずがないのに試合前に切れたので身に付けることができなかったんですよね。リレーの予選ではリザーブでしたし、サッカーのミサンガが切れるように何かの予兆だったのではないかと思います。決勝ではアンカーを走るというチャンスが巡ってきましたし、ゴールドは僕に好運をもたらしてくれているので、非常に大切な色であります。
- Are you committed to shoes?
Fujimitsu：競技の時に使う道具がシューズのみなので大切ですし、フィット感や自分の身体の使い方に合っているものを選ぶようにしていますね。人間の身体は毎日一緒ではないですし、靴についても毎日替えなければならないと思って選んでいます。
In fashion style, it is said that fashion is from the feet, I think that fashionable feet are very important and I decide what to wear to fit the shoes. Because I move a lot, I often wear sneakers considering ease of movement.
- What kind of clothes are you usually wearing?
Fujimitsu: Simple is best, I feel like white T on jeans at standard, but I am incorporating something that is not ordinary with somewhere. I am enjoying the invisible fashion which I only understand.
- Finally, could you tell us your future prospects?
Fujimitsu: This year, opportunities to expose to various places increased. I think that it is important not only to compete but also to see other than competition. Athletics are not yet major, but recently the sun's eyes started to hit recently and I want to make the stadium full of spectators. I hope to be able to expand the playing field while firmly doing the competition. Completion)
