"Ashi Yoshi Yoshie" conditioning trainer talks about "how to arrange the muscles" ALE 14 # 10

"Why will my muscular pain come late when my age overlaps?"
Many people experience muscle pain 2 or 3 days after exercising. If you pinpoint the mechanism of "why muscle aches will occur", Mr. Ariyoshi says there are two types of muscle pain.
Acute muscle pain
Delayed muscle pain
In the first place, muscles are not lumps but fibers like threads are bundled in a membrane and attached to joints. During and immediately after exercise, it is acute muscle pain that muscle fibers are damaged and cause inflammation, and it causes swelling, heat, or even a state of internal hemorrhage when it is severe because of a large wound.
On the other hand, delayed onset muscle soreness is a state in which muscle soreness comes late a few days after exercise. If the muscle fibrils in the back of the muscle fibers are damaged and repaired, the muscle training is successful, and the hormones secreted during the repair become delayed with age, resulting in delayed muscle pain.
An athlete who is reasonably doing muscle recovery is a sumo wrestler. I practice and take a bath and have a meal and go to bed. Because it recovers muscle after a lot of restorative hormones are secreted after 30 minutes from 30 minutes from the beginning of sleep, sleeping becomes a very important factor in restoring muscle.
"Why does the body distort?"
Very many people do not know that their body is distorted, Mr. Ariyoshi explained how distortion is eliminated.

Well: It will promote distortion. The distortion gets worse and worse and the difference between the muscles that are using too much and the unused money becomes very intense, so there is a possibility that pain may come out or lead to breakdown.
If you exercise after preparing your body, training will be smooth without fatigue. It seems that it is difficult to arrange because the body of the general person is considerably distorted than the athlete, Mr. Arikichi has been improving distortion of many people so far.
