Kelly：私は睡眠を大事にしていまして、日によって眠りが凄く浅かったり深かったりするのが悩みでした。そこで、実際にこれを着て寝てみると、夜中に起きることがなくなり、安定した深い睡眠時間を確保できるようになっているので助かっています。翌朝は体が軽いので、深く眠れていると実感しています。

Kelly：I was working as a model at the age of 18, but I had to lose weight with an overweight constitution, first I went to a sports gym and I was running alone and training with a machine, but I got bored I stopped it.
そこで、試しにキックボクシングをやってみると生まれて初めてスポーツが楽しくなり、続けていくごとに確実に痩せて身体も引き締まっていきました。楽しくやっていると、飽きることなく続きますよね。
