Miyamoto: I began to be conscious of thinking from junior high school students. When I was a junior high school student, I was chosen as a selection team, but there are many good people around me. So I came to think about what I should do to surpass them. I began to be conscious of profession from high school.
――その後、ガンバ大阪ユースを経てプロになるわけですが、プロとして生き残っていくために、どのような時が大変で、どう乗り越えていったのでしょうか？
Miyamoto：There were various turning points, but it was after the German World Cup 2006 in 2006, is not it? Everyone gave us hope and we can not get good results while we are expecting .... I am going back to Japan and trying hard again, but my mind and body are not following me. Miyamoto：大変だった会場はたくさんあります（笑）。マレーシアで行われたU-20W杯のときも芝は良くなかったですし、日本代表で試合をしたインドも良くなかったです。芝生が良かったのは、日韓ワールドカップ・ロシア戦の横浜国際競技場で「日本の芝職人の方は凄いな！」と思いました。いわゆる、ゴルフのグリーンのようで堅さもちょうど良く、あれ以上の芝はないですね。
