As more and more people spend their time at home due to the effects of the new coronavirus, the "EJS Wellness Project" is a program based on fitness, ballet, and yoga movements to help you maintain a correct posture and lead a healthy life. (Sponsored by General Incorporated Association EU JAPAN SPORTS) has started anew. In July, a pre-event by three instructors will be held, and in the future, we plan to distribute videos online and develop events in consideration of the social situation.

The "EJS Wellness Project" aims to maintain health and recover from fatigue based on training that has been carried out in Russia for many years. Arrangements have been made for participation. At the July pre-event held before the full-scale rollout, three training sessions were presented.
Ballet exercises by trainer Asuka Tsunoyama, who has a track record of belonging to the Russian National Ballet Company. This is a program aimed at acquiring correct and beautiful posture while incorporating ballet choreography.

Asuka Kakuyama
1998Studied abroad at the Russian National Bolshoi Ballet Academy from 1999. After graduating in 2003, joined the Russian State Moscow Classical Ballet Company.
