Interview with Mr. Miyajima, President, Sports Research Institute “Children are an important resource for the sports world”

宮 島: The real encounter was also the recruitment of a special soccer club that also carries out external matches called "extracurricular clubs" at elementary school. 宮 島:I agree. I was doing quite seriously until about 10 years since I became a social worker. However, because I did not have any skills, it was almost like a regular, but I like soccer, it was such a player.

宮 島: What I liked was a midfield dynamo, Kevin Keegan, who was a guy-runner who said "Mighty Mouse". However, the skill was never low, I also had a lot of points, I was also a player in the center of the England national team.

It moves within the company. I could not go to the football department, but the department in charge of sports picked it up.
――How long have you been playing sports for a total?
宮 島: I was in charge of sports from 2000 to 2016, but there was a hollow defect. I was not in charge at that time, but there were such as going to the scene and making faces.

宮 島：会社にいて「2020年まではスポーツを担当できるんだろうなぁ」と思っていました。けれど、その先はどうなるか分からない、昇格も含めて自分がこの会社でどうなっていくかっていう気持ちもありました。
