What LIXIL wants to convey through sports vol.2 "I want to share the excitement and passion of sports"
LIXIL cherishes exchanges with the sports team beyond the sponsorship frame and cares about being a relationship like a family. If we can mutually respect and acknowledge each other, we will be able to make many proposals on the business side and talks will be easy to progress. This time, Mr. Toya of Group leader of Sponsorship Strategy G Marketing Headquarters talked about standards to be sponsored.

vol.1 "As a mutually acceptable family"
- Cooking class with Kashima Antlers
Toya: Since I knew that there were many female fans of Antlers in the suburbs of Tokyo, I thought that I could plan an interesting event by involving a female target, LIXIL's customer, and at the ABC cooking studio in Tokyo with the players We held a cooking classroom to participate together.
Cooking experience events through the kitchen which is the strength of LIXIL were more successful than expected. Although this is an example, I would like to contribute to the expansion of fans in the way unique to LIXIL in order to expand the new football fan group.
- On the Response of the Event
Toya: Customers of LIXIL are those who buy a house and those who renovate, mainly from 30'sIt will have contact with LIXIL. Since sports fans are also in the same volume as the volume zones, we are not just sponsors, but planning real events where customers and players can interact through events related to the realized lives, I am feeling very responsive in expanding.
料理イベントでは、皆さんでピザを作りました。あの時は、アントラーズがJリーグ優勝のかかった直前の夜だったので選手は来れませんでしたが、秋田豊さんと中田浩二さんに参加していただきました。OBの方がいつまでもアントラーズファミリーとして協力してくれることも大きな強みですね。
また、これまで社内イベントとして、アントラーズの優勝報告会やパブリックビューイング、また鹿島スタジアムのグラウンドでは新入社員の内定式を行ったこともあります。これからもスポーツを通じて社内外を問わず、色々な取り組みをしていきたいと考えています。

Toya: Although I do not particularly have detailed standards, I believe that as a company involved in living, it is to share the excitement and passion of sports that is rooted in the lives of Japanese people with a lot of people. Even if it is a company different from a promotion, you can be in the same position as a user who supports your favorite sports and can support you together. I do not think there is actually any restriction to let many people know about sports and activities related to it, make it together, and share that impression.
Regarding sponsorship, we have received many proposals, but in recent years we have been transforming into a stance to find sports that we should support. Is it a sport that needs support? The point of view is also important and it is important to think that what is missing from LIXIL is this and that thinking that it is not delivered to this layer and how to deliver it to those people is back calculation and thinking It is becoming.
