Blind Soccer Japan representative 's "Katken" Kato Kento challenges to wear popularity spikes and rank! In his third year in high school who was aiming to participate in the football championships, an indomitable 31-year-old who became Japan national team with a blind football that he met, gradually lost his sight due to hereditary illness, spoke a spike with its own sense.

ブラインドサッカー日本代表の加藤健人が、日本最大級のプロサッカーショップ「フタバスポーツ大宮店」で、人気スパイクの試し履きに挑んだ。
もちろん加藤自身にとっても初の試みで、「こういうことをしたブラインドサッカーの選手はいないと思います」と笑う。優しい人柄の加藤は、店頭にあった人気スパイクを独自の視点で評価、ランキング化してくれた。

Kato「職業がマッサージ師なので、前に比べたら手の感覚は良くなっていると思います。感覚としても、昔とは違うかもしれないですね」
――たとえば『ここに壁がある』ということが、手に伝わる温度で分かる、とお聞きしました。
Kato「手ではなくて、体の感覚ですね。音の反響の具合とかで『近いな』とか。そういうことはありますね」
――ブラインドサッカー選手として、シューズには何を求めていますか？
Kato「フィット感は大事にしています。ゆるいとやりづらいかなと。履いた時の感覚はすごく大事にしています」
